To avoid the shame of missing our quota is why people rush and get hurt. There’s a lot of pressure on all of us.There are four injured workers in my department. One is seeing the doctor. All the others are injured but don’t do anything about it – some of them have pain in their shoulders, others in their arms, and hands, but they don’t say anything.
They all say that they are in pain for the same reason – the pressure that we are under. We’ve got to work fast and then we get hurt.

We have worked hard to make Cintas successful.
Now it's time to make Cintas safe.
Too many of us, current and former Cintas employees, have needlessly endured painful injuries because of the company’s violations of safety standards.
If we do not take action, we fear that tens of thousands of our coworkers will continue to be exposed to the same hazardous conditions that we have faced.
We are forming the Coalition of Injured Cintas Workers to improve safety on the job. By standing together, we can make sure that no other family has to suffer because of an unsafe workplace.
Speak out for safer jobs!
If you have been injured at work, tell your story and join the Coalition. Click here.
